(4) A person who commits sexual battery upon a person 12 years of age or older without that person’s consent, under any of the following circumstances, commits a felony of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, s. 775.084, or s. 794.0115:

Why many of us do not use our real names. Anyone could show up at our private houses and be harassed. I have had my windows shot out, my house set on fire, dog poop left on my front porch, my mail stolen (now I pick it up at the post office) my vehicles scratched, my tires slashed, hateful looks ever time they pass my house.
Funny how grumpy someone can be just passing by you even though you have never, ever done anything to that person. Yet my victim has never contacted me, never harassed me, didn’t show up to court to testify or have I seen them since 1991.

Do not forget, many on here are just instigators, while others would laugh and jump for joy if we were beheaded. Some on here are just here to get a kick out of messing with us, but there are some that really would like to physically harm us.
