I am unable to find anything to back up this information. I’d like to know if this is true and, if so, is there anything going on that will cause these expensive abominations to be removed?

Will the name of the offender be removed? It the original offense happens in NY State and the offenders name is on both Florida and NY registries because the offender moved to Florida will the offenders name be automatically be removed?

I had to read what in hell was Marci Hamilton professor of like 3 times just to understand and I still don’t understand somewhat. lol . But once I read family and religion in that mess of a title. That did it for me.

Hope Emily Horowitz kicks ass and her arguments carries some weight across future legislation and/or federal court decisions.
