It’s just a way of incarcerating them or driving them out of the area making them someone else’s problem. Either way tbe focus would be off of the encampment or the homeless ex offenders because neither would exist for the general public to see and be uphauled about. After all we can’t have the public feeling any sort sympathy for ex offenders and possibly educating themselves to the truth that this whole thing is a sham

That’s exactly what I’m talking about. The “ordinance” is causing these people to be homeless, even though they may own homes they cannot live in, therefore it makes them homeless. Now they must find a new place to live other than the encampment, but where, and if they are at the encampment after the deadline, they will have a new address……. the county jail. I hope you see what i’m trying to say, now. Between the ordinance and arresting everyone still lingering at the encampment after this deadline, what are they suppose to do? They can’t count on the commissioners or the housing authority.

Most of those people can move to Georgia and totally be removed from registration.. Prior to 2006 year . I think.

If they have a home but the ordinance does not let them live in it, then for all practical purposes they are homeless.
