Back in the 80s or early 90s, Miami Dade County begun posting those convict of Soliciting Prostitution, (mostly the man) on billboards throughout the County. I believe a Court declared it unconstitutional public shaming.

Just think how easy it is to claim this! It is genius! What unemployed woman hard up for money wouldn’t hang out on the corner of Beale street in Memphis, wearing a red dress knowing all she has to do is have someone approach her to make money! No sex involved! Another profitable endeavor, Faux-pimping! Girls can be placed all over who accuse men of offering them compensation for sex. Whoever came up with this idea for a law is genius!
