The US House of Representatives recently passed a bill that could become law. This bill, referred to as the “International Megan’s Law” will severely impede the ability of registrants to travel internationally. Massachusetts declares lifetime parole for RSOs unconstitutional

The Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts declared lifetime parole for RSO’s unconstitutional, yesterday.
