Derek Logue wins ANOTHER round against Lauren Book
Today, the 4th District Court of Appeals struck another blow to Lauren Book by again (and in 26 pages) rejecting the petulant Senator’s claim that Logue stalked her.
In a petition to the 17th Circuit (in Ft. Lauderdale) she alleged that Derek Logue, of oncefallen.com and an outspoken registry reform advocate stalked her. She cited to three instances – one where he counter-protested PEACEFULLY at her “Walk in My Shoes” event. Secondly, when he appeared at a screening of David Feige’s documentary “Untouchable” in which he was featured also. And finally in comments online.
She alleged that she feared for her life and the safety of her children – but at the time (and still) Derek lives in a completely different state and had done absolutely nothing that would constitute stalking. Unfortunately the 17th circuit is Broward, where Lauren Book is a senator and they granted the stalking injunction… But Derek, with the help of the an AMAZING legal team including Jamie Benjamin and Gary Edinger, appealed and won!
But again, entitled Ms. Book felt she was entitled to another bite at the apple in the appellate court and she lost again!

I am fully in support of this positive court decision on behalf of Derek. Thanks to the legal team that helped him get this win. When people appear to lose their ability to reason, and harm others because they were once harmed, without regard to whether they were actually targeted or not, it is time to speak out.
I wonder how many more thousands of dollars she waisted again. Man, this woman just loves wasting money.
Riff Raff
She does not care. She is a bureaucrat who receives a monthly stipend from taxpayer dollars. She HAS NO modus operandi to create revenue and watch expenses….She gets taxpayer hand-outs while her Whiskey Guzzling father sits nearby and coaches her and contacts ‘HIS’ people to make sure her legal outcomes benefit ‘THEM’…in this case, SHE LOST and mostly, her massacre probably was ruined as she cried like hell…like any BARBIE DOLL would….Where is Ken to save her?????
She INVENTS AND CREATES HATRED! SHE tries to INVENT HER OWN LAWS!
Perhaps, a Tarzan will save her!
a Spine-less, Ruthless tax robbing Citizen!
Good Job Derek and legal team !!!
I hope F.A.C let me post this
Anyone who has to go to AZ DMV to renew you I.D. YOU MUST make an Appointment by phone to do so. My I.D. expires on AUG.1. Do not wait till the last minute It is your freedom you playing with. Now with virus you never know if they shut down DMV. Yeah I going a month in early but better now than never
My favorite “victim mentality” excuse is “I fear for my life and the lives of my children!” Why? Because someone has a different opinion on a subject matter than you do?
This is the way people like Lauren attempt to pull the heart strings of courts and get pity from the people. There was no threat to her life and safety of her kids. She’s full of shit.
I just noted that Bogenschutz, the same attorney that’s representing Ron Book in the DUI case represented Lauren in this stalking case.
I hope he continues to prove a waste of money for them.
Choke-u-pukez, Boguspootz, or whatever his nanme is, is supposed to be one of Florida’s top attorneys, and he was soundly defeated.
From what I heard, he didn’t get paid for this.
I would love to been there to see the expressions on their faces when they did not get the verdict they wanted. lol My thoughts just ran wild there for a moment lol
So so pleased with this decision! Maybe now something can be done about the 2,500 ft. ordinance in Miami Dade. Keep up the good work Derek!
