The below link is a copy of a letter sent to the Bahamian Minister of National Security. After that country decided to make their registry public, a released individual was murdered. The Minister expressed his concern about publicizing the registry. FAC sent a letter encouraging him not to follow the misguided example of the US. Letter to Bahamian National Security

FAC sent a letter to the Osceola Sheriff today, invoking Marsy’s Law on behalf of registrants and their family members, in anticipation of the release of an individual who used the registry to target and attempt to kill four persons required to register.
