The case, which was dismissed in the District Court, reversed in the 11th Circuit and remanded back to the District court and recently lost in the District Court, is making it’s way back to the 11th Circuit. According to news in Trinidad, Attorney General Faris Al-Rawi says legislation for a national sex-offenders registry has been finalised and gone to Cabinet. “We are expecting that we will be able to lay that very shortly.” No what that registry will entail.
