Florida doubles payout to Lauren’s Kids
In the waning days of the most recent Florida legislative session, it appeared the nonprofit agency founded and run by Plantation State Sen. Lauren Book would walk away with only half-a-million dollars in taxpayer funding after consecutive years of receiving six-figure sums.
Then came the April 30th meeting of the budget conference chairs. That’s when Lauren’s Kids got sprinkled.
The so-called “sprinkle list” is used to describe how legislators shower favored organizations with additional dollars near the end of session.
Toward the end of the hearing, Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Sen. Rob Bradley, R- Green Cove Springs, announced that the children’s cancer awareness foundation Live Like Bella and Book’s organization, Lauren’s Kids, had been erroneously left off the list. He said each would receive an additional $500,000.

A little late with this post but I recommend gong to a site called Charity Navigator. It is a great resource for people to see specifics about some of the top charities of all types. Funny how Laurens KIds is not on any lists. That says a lot.
The disgust that I feel for this parasitic “professional victim” is boundless. Lauren Book represents the worse of the worse of the political manipulators adding fuel to the fire of misinformation with her lies and hateful rhetoric!
From her unnecessary sex doll bill to her non-stop demoralization of people she has never met to the pain she has caused children by ripping families apart, she has shown time and time again that she is a sociopath who feels nothing for others and who must be stopped along with her hate-filled drunk daddy Ron Book.
This sicken me and really shows that politics in Florida is corrupt and those such as Lauren Book are raping the system for every dime then can get! When will this madness finally stop?

Between the constant bankrolling of this sham of her charity and daddy’s Teflon coating (charges don’t stick!), is there any doubt left in anyone’s mind that the Book crime machine will never be stopped?
The more her name keeps popping up, the more I want to dig into her life and find out what the hell is really going on. Akin to radar, i have been seeing her name on my screen almost every day. We already know her dad said some things on camera that point to criminal spying on target registrants, one of which was forcefully sent to Florida on burglary charges that don’t make any sense, only to be released to now appear on the Florida registry for life even though he now lives in a new state. There is something seriously wrong in Florida with these people and at this point I feel it will never be investigated because every person they get near goes corrupt. Her daddy appears to have been given leniency over the DUI incident which nearly could have cost the other driver his life.
