Guy Hamilton-Smith: The Advantage of Adversity

In addition to some of the other presentations posted by ACSOL from their conference, was Guy Hamilton-Smith’s presentation, “The Advantage of Adversity”. We included some of the presentations from lawyers and academics in a separate post earlier today, but thought Guy’s presentation was worthy of distinction in it’s own post.

Those among our population who are able to turn this adversity into an opportunity and stand up, put themselves out there, and speak out on behalf of all persons required to register are the heroes among us.

We hope Guy’s story will inspire you to overcome this stigma and help us make a change.

A most excellent watch during my lunch. A must see. We all have something we can contribute in one form or another.

Thank you for posting this and thank you to everyone who works so hard on this issue.

For those of us who cannot make these conferences, having them posted on FAC and YouTube is a life saver!
