What I find funny is the opening prayer. The contents of the prayer are that people are ALL are welcome and blah blah blah to said county. It’s directly contradictory to this decision. All are welcome unless your one of “Those” people!! I’m a believer in Christ and it’s hypocrites like the people in this county AND STATE that give God fearing people a bad reputation!

I caught that, too. When he made that comment, all he did was shoot down his Christian testimony.

Many Americans claim to be Christian, but embrace an “a la carte” form of Christianity. They pick and choose which commandments they wish to follow. Usually, supporting registered citizens is not a choice they make.

Vero Beach/ Indian River County has been 2,500 feet for years.. makes it very difficult to find a favorable place to live.

So, if I was lucky enough to have a home that was 1500 feet from a ” school ” and they change it to 2500 ft , could they make me move?

No, you were there before the enactment of that ordinance.

Apparently only the State and Federal governments can successfully enact retroactive laws…even though they violate the US and many states’ constitutions. Read the effective date of the ordinance, if it is back dated, contact FAC legal.

As always. Going about this all backwards. It is Florida. Not surprised by this.

Well, they are criminal regimes. Americans should expect them to commit crimes. It’s what they do.

Remember to do anything you legally can to harm criminal regimes and their law enforcement criminals. They should never be supported.
