It challenges Florida’s registration law in its entirety, on multiple constitutional grounds.

Not to be a negative Nancy but we still have a LONG way to go.And once we get there, it is getting the courts to have OPEN eyes, minds and hearts to be able to follow the law and see how this IS punishment after the fact and not civil.

The public gets all fired up by the news and the news does not care whose lives they destroy, showing up at registered citizens homes, showing their address and registration photos on the stories and basically getting them fired from their jobs because of the exposure . Then if they catch you coming out of your house, jamming a microphone in your face and refusing you any privacy even if you have no trespass signs, saying they do not have to obey then because they are press. (Happened to a guy who was in my therapy class, he ended up going back to prison because the story made him lose his mind )

That’s great to hear. Was not the Judge, “Kathern Williams” The U.S. Public Defender at one time? If this is the case I think they have a good shot at the case, finally a fair judge. Does anyone know for sure?
