ClickOrlando.com posted an article last week about Amendment 4 and felon voting rights. The article can be found here: https://www.clickorlando.com/news/florida/2020/05/24/judge-rules-against-florida-on-felons-paying-fines-to-vote/

In it, they write, “The 2018 ballot measure, known as Amendment 4, does not apply to convicted murderers and rapists, who are permanently barred from voting regardless of financial obligations.”

“Rapists”?!?!
