In a world where safe social distancing is 6 feet, beds are separated by 3 feet – side-to-side, and vertically.

Since the prisoners* don’t go out into the world, the world** must bring this (and other contagions) to the prisoners. If I worked in a prison, I would have to choose between making my (already low) pay or chance sharing a disease. Well, I need to live. Also, when do the medical checks become a formality? (*Except work camps who go out in the world – and go to other prisons) (** Food, etc. suppliers; prison employees (especially corrections personnel)
