The following news report on “Female Sex Offenders” makes some valid points, specifically that it’s not all about stranger danger and that perpetrators are not the stereotypical “sex offender boogeyman”

    The problem signs they say to watch out for in possible sex abuse, are the exact same thing in any kind of abuse. Does that mean we should start registering bullies? I mean they already register people now for regular child abuse and endangerment. Why stop there? Heck life alone is abusive!
