Indeed it can.
Relative to this subject Chris Hansen was on Tampa News Station 93.3 this morning. I called in but did not get through. He and his long term reprobate friend Grady Judd are profiting off this often entrapped victims who are incarsarated by his stain and later on this registry effecting their lives. Noah Prinsky exposed Grady and Chris in 2014 vis his news article but it was ignored and Noah left Florida. The crowded registry is the direct results of often entrapped individuals whose lives and the lives of families are effected forever while they, Grady and Chris profit. I found that broadcast to be favoring the political attributes of these two reprobates and nothing is ever done about them. They promote more victims on the registry and they should be brought to justice. No wonder Chris does not like the movie Primetime, he’s been exposed and they don’t want to admit it.

Funny they call it a database instead of a registry. Did you catch that? A registry and a database both collect data, so they are very similar depending on how they use it. The Government has been collecting information on all Americans for decades. But what are they doing to stop breaches of our data? I see those all the time on my feed stating, “You may have a claim for compensation of your information due to a breach”.

The reason they call it a “database” is that they don’t want it to appear punitive and it’s an easier sell to the unsuspecting public. Even though “database” is actually a ephemeism for “registry.” Either way, it’s still a list as a result of government overreach in a failed attempt to provide some public safety vaule.
The thing is all this stuff is public record. You can look up anyone, for free, and find out if they have any kind of convictions. It is all about the money and creating fear for votes while they pretend their are doing something. And the public falls for it and gets taxed over and over to provide the exact same information in many forms.

evidence indicating that your information has been misused.
What We Are Doing to Assist You?
We have taken immediate steps to secure our systems and we are engaging with cybersecurity professionals to assist in the investigation and enhance our safeguards. We have also implemented
additional security measures to further safeguard information contained in FLHSMV systems.
To protect the identity of those impacted, we have partnered with ssssss inc; a TransUnion company, to offer complimentary identity and credit monitoring services and 1,000,000.00 identity

Your concern is understandable, and thank you for sharing this. FLHSMV’s October 16 update says personal information and document images were potentially affected, so this goes beyond information already on the public registry. Verify your notice through the official breach page, https://www.flhsmv.gov/DataBreach, and use the free monitoring offered to affected people. You can also freeze your credit for free with Equifax, Experian and TransUnion and watch your account statements for unfamiliar activity. FLHSMV reports no evidence of misuse so far, but taking precautions now makes sense.
