Operation Restore Justice: 205 Child Sex Abuse Offenders Arrested in FBI-led Nationwide Crackdown

he Department of Justice announced the results of Operation Restore Justice, a coordinated enforcement effort to identify, track and arrest child sex predators. The operation resulted in the rescue of 115 children and the arrests of 205 child sexual abuse offenders in the nationwide crackdown. The coordinated effort was executed over the course of five days by all 55 FBI field offices, the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section in the Department’s Criminal Division, and United States Attorney’s Offices around the country.

In many cases, parental vigilance and community outreach efforts played a critical role in bringing these offenders to justice. For example, a California man was arrested eight hours after a young victim bravely came forward and disclosed their abuse to FBI agents after an online safety presentation at a school near Albany, N.Y.

These sick individuals do not belong in society. The average sex offender has 13 victims in their lifetime. They never stop, they never change. They will have you believe they have changed. NOPE. NEVER. Stop playing the victim, every single last one of you. You are not a victim whatsoever. This harassment is what happens when you choose to commit sexual predatory acts. God does not forgive these either. Plus, like I said, YOU NEVER EVER CHANGE AND HAVE AN AVERAGE OF 13 VICTIMS THROUGHOUT YOIR LIFE. You deserve what you give and are a never ending threat to society. Thank God for people like Tim Tebow and many others working hard, fighting the good fight!! 🙏🏽

I had no victims now have I ever had any victims. I was arrested for having dirty conversation on an ADULT website whom I thought was an Adult. They claimed later that they were 14 years old and I quit talking to them. Your Data is wrong when it comes to these stings Botticelli. These stings are a money making scheme. The more arrests, the more money made from the federal government, so they use Adult websites to boost their numbers. They get away with it because idiots like you immediately put a tag on a person ACCUSED, and they can’t get a fair trial.

Do you have reliable stats to substantiate your statements? perhaps you should focus on the criminals that cause more injuries and deaths to children and adults like drunk drivers that actually do in fact have the highest recidivism rate then any other criminal unlike people that were convicted or plea guilty to some type of sex offense whom have the second lowest recidivism.

Also according to you a 20 year old that has sex with a 15 or 16 year old has 13 victims? that doesn’t even begin to make sense even someone with a challenged IQ could even notice that! sheesh! wake up and stop drinking the KOOL AID!

    Operation “Restore Justice” ???
What justice? These alphabet clowns are a joke!

“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere….” (MLKJ) and America was built on a foundation of injustice. So unless they plan on ‘restoring’ the millions upon millions of Natives, Negroes, and others that died making this country, then they can shove this operation!

And the SOR has to be the most recognizable current form of injustice. But it’s inevitable that in a prison state like the US that soon, every single person will be on one registry or another.

I wonder how many victims were also perpetrators (e.g. teens sexting themselves). It’s an easy way to rack up arrest.

Kind of find it funny that “Amber” Is the same name the cops use on adult websites to entrap people here in Florida. Coincidence? I don’t believe in them

Trust me Amber, we waste plenty of resources making “arrests”. To think of all the lives that have been protected because we arrested someone who didn’t register their old, rusted out boat trailer, or the person who didn’t report that he got a second part-time job, or the guy who is homeless and was arrested for not being at his “home” when the cops came to check in. That covers about 90% of your arrests and millions in overtime on the taxpayer dime. Meanwhile not a single individual was protected.

I agree that if a real child is being exploited or is in danger, we should make every effort to give them justice, if not a safe childhood in the first place.

That said, I also agree that manufacturing crimes to charge people with makes no sense and wastes resources that could be better spent testing rape kits and rescuing real victims of abuse. I think the registry is a waste of our resources and pursuing registry violations doubly so. Other dubious bait and switch sting operations are as laughable as they are unconstitutional.

This operation in the article appears to be law enforcement doing what we expect them to do, solving real crimes. This should be their singular focus.
