TN: “Unlawful Photography” law to take effect on July 1st.

Tennessee House Bill 99 becomes law on July 1st. The law enhances the penalty for unlawful photography from a Class A misdemeanor offense to a Class E felony. The penalty would increase further to a Class D felony or Class C felony in certain cases if the victim was younger than 13. Anyone convicted of unlawful photography would also be required to register as a sex offender. So what is “unlawful photography”? Unlawful photography is “taking sexually motivated or offensive photographs of individuals without consent, taking and disseminating embarrassing intimate photographs with intent to harass, and focusing on intimate areas without consent for sexual gratification.”

This information is not being posted to suggest it should be legal to take unlawful photos. It is merely being posted to highlight the growing number of offenses that can get someone placed on the sex offender registry.

People think the dark ages ended. They did not. It changed just enough to slip past attention. The same hate, fear and thirst for vengeance by intentionally misled ignorant humans continues. The same thirst to watch people being fed to lions is still prevalent. The same need to do “God’s” work by people who don’t have a clue continues. They forget that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory and no one sin is greater than another.

The prison system has continued hundreds of years since its origin. It’s always been motivated by politics and greed. Control and profit. And vague far reaching laws…legal fictions if not Constitutionally-based…have been used to suppress humanity. There’s a spiritual battle involved that’s far more destructive than the profiteering aspect.

Please allow this to be published. People have to wake up before it gets worse and this single issue is their biggest tool that is helping them reach their goal. That law in TN is so vague and so obvious when you know the primary plan they’ve been working on for so long. It’s already been happening in Florida.

Attorney NaJame has or had a page on his website about the registry issue. It states(ed) that grandparents were ending up on the registry for sharing innocent photos of grandchildren that were at the beach or pool, a toddler girl in only a diaper or no swimsuit at the beach, you know, the way our Creator made us. We used to take film photos of our toddlers that got developed and we sent them to grandparents who lived in TN. They would now be forced to register and so would we and not any of it was immoral!!! I’ve wondered if having these photos in family photo albums would now be considered “possession”.

An extremely critical part of my comment was removed which makes the last couple paragraphs non-sensical. And the most important link Americans need to see RIGHT NOW was removed. It literally affects this issue and every thing else in America and the world at large. Censorship of truth is what has led to the registry and if enough people don’t know about July 4th plan, censorship will contribute to hundreds of thousands of deaths!!!

    Everyone. please realize this

Bed Spaces in State Prisons are very empty

So they will do anything to convict you now

The two ‘reception services’ in Florida are quiet

The Person that oversees Bed Space at Frostproof and others has encouraged his staff to ‘lock them up when possible’
