Reader Submission: Florida prison deaths spark call for federal probe

Instead of making stupid laws to further harass registrants, perhaps the legislature could take up this cause.

People dying in Florida DOC, scaled to death, 27 year old convicted of check forgery, gassed to death, etc, etc, etc.

Why is this not a national story?
