ACLU Files Response to Miami-Dade County Motion for Summary Judgment
The ACLU has filed its response to Miami-Dade county’s Motion for Summary Judgment in the Sex Offender Residency Restriction Lawsuit that is being litigated in federal court for four (4) years already.
The lawsuit was already dismissed once, but appealed to the 11th Circuit, who reversed the decision and sent it back down to the District court.
Below is a copy of the Response. The ACLU’s press release will be added once released.
Thanks, always, to the ACLU for their hard work and continuing dedication to this cause.

Another thing F.a.c talks about Consititution Issues but the other day they censored free speech by the post I was waiting for moderation to answer. But it was not allowed to be posted here on this website. Double standards!!
I don’t see how this is going to help. When I was invited here I was asked to sign a petition to abolish the Sex offender registry which I sign I live in a different state. I just don’t see it happing for the rest of out of state offenders, Lets us give an account to what happen to the Petition to abolish the sex offender regisrty
We are trying to bring an out of state challenge. Funding is our only issue now.
The Higher Power would be God. Thank you God.
