ACLU Files Response to Miami-Dade County Motion for Summary Judgment

The ACLU has filed its response to Miami-Dade county’s Motion for Summary Judgment in the Sex Offender Residency Restriction Lawsuit that is being litigated in federal court for four (4) years already.

The lawsuit was already dismissed once, but appealed to the 11th Circuit, who reversed the decision and sent it back down to the District court.

Below is a copy of the Response. The ACLU’s press release will be added once released.

Response MSJ Final

Thanks, always, to the ACLU for their hard work and continuing dedication to this cause.
