Arizona operators of sex offender websites arrested on fraud, harassment charges

[FAC Note: this guy is no stranger to us. He’s finally getting what he deserves, hopefully]

Sex offenders were Charles Rodrick’s business. For years, the Arizona website owner targeted people who had been arrested for sex crimes and demanded payments for removal of online profiles.

When they complained or resisted, Rodrick responded with promises of greater exposure and humiliation, according to computer, court and other records.

His online intimidation campaign expanded after 2011 to include perceived critics: a judge, multiple lawyers, his ex-wife, a defense contractor and an Arizona Republic reporter.

On Tuesday, federal and state authorities arrested Rodrick at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport after he stepped off a flight from Central America.

I’ve tried repeatedly to reach out to FAC without any response. I wanted to let you know about this yesterday.

I have started keeping updates on courtkey.com. I have a lot more information that I will be sharing soon. I am shocked how few people seem concerned about this issue given how many people were hurt by the activities of Rodrick, Oesterblad and Shea.

Please be aware, I will be spending a lot of time working on the new website to share information as-it-happens.

Great! I hope they throw the book at this SCUM BAG!

What sort of human being takes advantage of a terrible situation where people are already suffering more than most will in 100 lifetimes!

Well, I took advantage of my victim who was in a terrible situation and she suffered at my hands more than anyone should.
I hope Charles Rodrick is treated with the harshness that he deserves and more importantly, I hope he learns his lesson. I also hope that even he doesn’t experience the horrors that we as persons required to register live with.
Let us all hope he does not re-offend.

It’s not just fraud and harassment, it’s extortion as well. 18 USC 1951.

3 verses from the bible come to mind

Proverbs 22:8 Whoever sows injustice will reap calamity, and the rod of his fury will fail.

Job 4:8-9 My experience shows that those who plant trouble and cultivate evil will harvest the same. A breath from God destroys them. They vanish in a blast of his anger.

Proverbs 1:31 they will eat the fruit of their ways and be filled with the fruit of their schemes.

Of coarse there is going to use the registry for personal gain . The registry is like laying a pile of hundred dollar bills on the ground with a sign that says. “ please don’t take any”
