Oral Argument in the Ex Post Facto I case (which is on appeal to the 11th Circuit) was granted (good news) and will take place in Miami during the week of May 16, 2022. In 2020, only 11% of the cases in the 11th Circuit were granted Oral Argument. This is a good thing!!!
