The Orlando Sentinel reported last week that officer David Rodriguez, Seminole County Sheriff’s Deputy, was caught soliciting sex from a 17 year old. Apparently, the two knew each other from martial arts tournaments and connected over Facebook, where the police officer sent sexually charged messages and arranged for meetings to have sex.
