Westlake councilman says there is no opposition to the 2,500-foot residency restriction

Councilman Dave Werner says that the Westlake, Palm Beach, city attorney says that expanding their residency restriction to 2,500 feet would withstand a potential court challenge from those who claim it potentially leads to homelessness.  Possibly the city attorney does not know what happened in 2014 in Palm Beach County.
