Just as our goal for 2014 was to have a legal challenge against residency restrictions (and we were successful in getting one filed), our goal for 2015 is to have a legal challenge against proximity restrictions (and we WILL have one filed). Unlike residency restrictions, which control where a registrant can live, proximity restrictions control where a registrant can GO!
