At the Florida Action Committee, we know the issues we address are controversial, emotional, and often misunderstood. Lately, we’ve seen an increase in comments from online vigilantes, trolls, and critics who oppose our work.
So let us be clear: we welcome you! This is your forum too – so long as you follow our Code of Conduct.
This isn’t just a site for people who agree with us. It’s a space for education, dialogue, and debate. If you disagree with our mission or message, speak up—but do so respectfully and constructively. Our comment and moderation policy doesn’t exist to silence opposition; it exists to keep the conversation civil and meaningful.
This is your opportunity to challenge, question, and engage with the facts. And it’s our opportunity to respond, educate, and—maybe—find some common ground.
Clearly, in doing what we do, we don’t shy away from controversy. We just insist on civility.

Vigilantes do not stop crime in progress. They violate somebody’s constitutional rights. They frame people when they may or may not be doing something with children and they are about making significance for themselves because deep down inside they’re not worth very much at all and there’s a lot of self-hatred and loathing masked as heroism. As I’ve said on my channel before, if they really want to do something for children they can volunteer in the many different areas in which children require good strong adult role models such as I was before this idiot cop destroyed my life though he was rendered immune though he had destroyed others and had his ass handed to him by the federal court of appeals 6 years before.

I think I speak for many when we say we do welcome vigilantes, but not criminals. Vigilantes stop crimes in progress, criminals attack law abiding people. If you think you’re a vigilante by hunting down people on the registry (who have already submitted themselves to just punishment and restitution), you are nothing but criminal scum and deserve what you get coming to you.
Personally, if some scumbag tries to harm me or my family, they will be met with the righteous fury of God’s justice upon them. May God have mercy on their souls.

Yeah Cherokee Jack, I’ve seen those bumper stickers saying kill your local sex offender. When I was a boy the police used to stop you for things like that and give you a lecture and ask whether that was the best thing and many times you hung your head and ashamed. But of course I was taught right so I never have such a thing on my vehicle. But it just goes to show you how far we have fallen and with the current lawless administration it’s even worse. But civility has been on the decline for some years now before that and it’s just a simple excuse for violence..
Trolling isn’t just about registrants. If there were a murderer registry, burglar registry, domestic violence registry, etc., people would certainly troll in there as well to voice their unforgiving opinions and how we or they deserve what we got and should get even more (unless it happens to them). We must also understand that even when the facts are plain and clear that some, or even most, may not be swayed. Some people are staunch in their belief even when faced with the facts to the contrary. I don’t think this is a bad idea, and it may have some positive results and that it doesn’t become overwhelming to the moderators to the point it starts getting out-of-hand.
@DVC The states of Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Montana and Oklahoma obligate all people convicted of a violent crime to register. The states of Florida and Ohio both have career criminal/habitual felony offender/repeat offender registries. The state of Tennessee has a drug offender registry.
Well I hope I’m neither one of those. I’ve come in here from time to time then I get quiet for a reason I can not divulge yet. I’m beating the war drums so they know ( LOL Cherokeejack ) it’s coming they just don’t know when and how bad it actually is. At present I am not a member of NARSOL or FAC but I am a friend of and will help as much as I can. My goal is to be in Grand Rapids in June to meet with people of NARSOL and see where we go from there. I don’t know of any others who could take on Smith v Doe and have a fighting chance of overturning it proving it is a punishment today. I can only imagine how bad these post’s FAC gets that want us in woodchippers. I’m sure there will be more then a few who want me silenced.

“Wado” Thank you in Cherokee. I only speak a few words of the language and many even on the reservations nowadays use mostly English language and the old languages seem to be disappearing.
Some tribes try and keep the traditions but as the newer generations are born, very few stick with the old ways and many have moved off the reservations. What inspires many to stay on the reservations is that they get paid by the U.S Government for monthly reparations. Kind of funny but you do not have to stay there to get paid. I do not get any because my great grandmother didn’t have her papers because she escaped being forced onto a reservation so she could marry my German immigrant Great grandfather. If not for that, I would not exist.

The only lawyer I am on a first name basis with is Ron Kleiner in South Florida. He has helped more people be removed from the Registry than just about anyone. He has also been instrumental in challenging some registry removal obstacles.

I’ve heard of him, maybe that is how we meet. I have not spoken with him as of today. That is what they want is me to do is just challenge to be removed quietly. NO, I can not just give in an go down quietly without a legal fight for all of us. I am an old warrior who fought them already. I am the chosen one my brother. I will shove their peace treaty right up their ass! I have spent 26 years on their trail of tears an fear for my family’s life with public shaming. Had I fought this in 1999 they would have exposed it being a challenger of Megans Law. She wanted me to do it so she could have 100’s of people picketing in from of my house.
Well FAC should put you a bit higher up the totem pole. I always wondered where the leaders of FAC and NARSOL stand in the hierarchy of the registry. Screw Switzerland, I want to take them bastards ( Zimmer / Souter ) to the The Hague for these crimes for what they did to hide their plot to punish us for the rest of our life. There is more I have informed FAC that can not be made public yet. When it does, it just may happen. I can not put these 2 together in it with evidence but the writing is on the wall they were a part of it or at least knew of it. Remember when I talked about “For Life”? That was one of them, he took himself out. In 2015 they got the evidence he ran looking for never to be exposed.
