The reporter does seem very biased in his tone and manner. What needs to be addressed, in this whole thing that is beginning to resemble a Gordian Knot, is it even LEGAL to state that an s.o. cannot conduct business within that 1200, 1500, or 1000-foot zone?

Crazy thing, seems that the reporter(s) expressed that this suit was justifiable, which it is. However, the very first comment of the airing already had viewers defensive and negative with listening to the rest with an open mind.
