Judge Denies Injunction at Miami-Dade encampment
We just got word that the Judge denied the plaintiff’s request for an emergency injunction.
The news is disappointing, but not surprising.
The plaintiffs were hoping the judge would enjoin the enforcement of the Bovo amendment, preventing the 270+ individuals homeless at the encampment in Hialeah from being arrested. He did not.
Attorneys are evaluating next steps. In the mean time, where these 270+ individuals will sleep tonight remains an unknown. We will just have to see where the next encampment pops up.

@FAC Now what happens next to those guys at the tracks?
They will wind up on another street corner someplace in the county, until Ron Book decides it’s time for Bookville V
Omg 😮 we humans is not getting anywhere when we can’t seem to treat each other right this lawmaker is so funny cause Believe it or not my father who art in heaven have a great way of doing things back to this human who is trying to put down other humans shame on him I know my father will allow me to live to see this human under that bridge so he can feel how it’s feels to Noth wanted in this world 🌎
THEY know the facts but choose to ignore them.
it’s a sad sad day 🙁
no matter what there is no actual long-term hope. i applaud everyone involved in taking action trying to help these poor homeless folks my heart bleeds for them 🙁
I have a question as well as a “Fix” about this law !!???. Since we’re ALLOWED BY LAW to travel ANYWHERE in the USA as long as we don’t stay in one place more days than that State says we can before having to “Register”, Why can’t many of these people at the encampment do just that !!???. Sleep in there Vehicles or Tents at this Walmart one or 2 nights, Then behind a Circle K the next couple of nights !????. Atleast long enough to figure out what in the heck the County and State is going to do ??. I understand that the “City” passed the “No overnight camping” law, But in reality, Couldn’t everyone get together and Buy a couple School Buses and convert them into Sleeping Bunks and simply park somewhere OUTSIDE of the City each night ???. Or maybe rent a RV space and park the Buses there ??. I mean, We (Especially those living together at this Camp) need to BAN TOGETHER to fix this problem right ??. The “LAW” here in Florida says we’re ALLOWED to travel, Well use this “LAW” against the City/County/State !!!!!!. I hate that these “HUMAN BEINGS” are being treated like this !!!. And wish I could do more !! I’m already speaking out about all this “ILLEGAL” stuff being done to us !!. I’ve given away “Camping” stuff to EXOFFENDERS that I’ve met that don’t have anything !!. I guess what I’m asking and saying is, Isn’t there a way to take advantage of the”GREY AREA” in the Florida Law ???????. Or am I just wishing for something that can’t be accomplished ??.
NOT SURPRISED, ANOTHER JUDGE IN RON BOOKS POCKET. ANOTHER JUDGE WHO UPHOLDS INHUMANE TREATMENT OF THE PUBLIC HE’S SWORN TO PROTECT AND SERVE…….. !!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!
WHERE IS THE RATION-AL BEHIND THIS DECISION? WHERE IS COMPASSION FOR HUMAN RIGHTS? AS I SAID BEFORE, “ALL CITY AND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, LAWYERS, JUDGES, CONGRESSMAN, SENATORS, AND THE POTUS SHOULD LEARN AND UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES BEFORE THEY ARE ELECTED BY THE PEOPLE, AND FOR THE PEOPLE”.
Those labelled as “sex offenders” are not seen as people but rather the stereotyped monsters that the government and law enforcement has created in the public’s mind with LIES AND FAKE NEWS!
This is no accident and done by design by men like Ron Book who profit from the misfortune of others but it is much much worse because men like Ron Book intentionally and with great malice derive pleasure from the pain and suffering they inflict on these men, women, and their families which include their children as well with no remorse at all!
I believe the term that your are searching for is “untermenschen.”
