Osceola County conducts “Operation ‘Parking Lot Party'”
Several law enforcement agencies teamed up to arrest 67 noncompliant sexual predators and sexual offenders during a seven-month operation called “Parking Lot Party,” a news release said.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, United States Marshals Service, Florida Department of Law Enforcement and State Probation and Parole conducted a joint operation to verify the compliance of the 550 registered sexual offenders and predators in Osceola County.
Law enforcement officers conducted proactive investigations to determine if the offenders had correctly reported their residency status, employment, email and social media accounts, campus activity, professional licenses, vehicles and vessels owned and had reported travel information within a 72-hour period.

now i know who was at my door a few mornings ago, glad i don’t answer
Perfect response. Don’t let the criminals near you.
I’m sorry. Those 67 people…
I still feel bad for the other 483 people too though!
This is a complete outrage!
–Especially to do this to free, taxpaying citizens who have long-since paid their debts to society (in full, according to our US Constitution).
This bullying and harassment MUST stop! (by any means)
Does anyone know if they get fed funds to do this tll? I’m guessing they do….. this is the worst to me. All those guys are probably trying so hard and struggling to survive and make it and now this.
I’m off probation now and have had the same menial jobs since 2016 now. I’m 4300 on credit card debt. 6 months behind on rent. Thank God for WM awesome landlord. I barely make 2000 a month. 350 car pmt and 160 car insurance. Its amazing I made it having to pay probation and polygraphs. But those costs are gone and I’m still struggling.
Thank the lord duval hasn’t done this yet. It would send us over the edge and make me unemployed, homeless, and broke. That mist be what they want because all those 550 people are now just that. And when they get out again they’ll have to register as homeless or transient and just make osceola so job that much harder. What logical sense does that make. Poor people. My heart and prayers go out
Of course they get federal money
They will keep doing this in every county until they have found a way to violate all of us even if we are not on probation. This is more proof that registries are not punitive ( Sarcasm )
Sorry FAC if we don’t get a hearing soon none of us will be left to represent.
As you know, when our time comes to request off the registry, ANY arrest will be an automatic disqualification and that is their goal.
Wait, so Florida requires internet identifiers?
Yes
