Petition to Declare Public Sex Offender Registration in the United States a Violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)
Today, approximately one-million people in the United States are forced to register as “sex offenders”. The label leads to stigmatization, separation from society, loss of employment, loss of housing and even exposure to violence at the hands of vigilantes. The stigmatization extends to the spouses, children, family, friends, employer and anyone that associates with the registrant. The isolation, shame, stress, fear of violence, loss of income and other psychological effects are experienced by the entire household.

Ron Book needs to be sued because he is violating the 3 branches of government rule of law. They are playing Judge, Jury and Executioner while also playing Lawmaker and Law enforcement as well all at the same time as running a non-profit that that directly conflicts with hsi work elsewhere, plus he profits from for-profit private prisons.

I can not even finish watching this video. The sad, sick, individuals are the Brooks. They are so wrong in what they believe in. I am not one to wish bad things on others, but these two will go to hell.
Keeping SO’s away from there families, their children, is only causing long term harm to the next generation, who are trying to grow up without a parent.
Anyone deemed dangerous should be kept away from children. There are many others that will never offend again and deserve a chance at life. Just as we allow other criminals to have a second chance, and in some cases their 100th chance.
These SO’s have mothers, children, sisters and brothers that love them, and spend their lives suffering knowing what the SO’s are going through. May God watch over those who are in need, and punish the Brooks for their hatefulness.

I can tell you are a mother! Great post! Just to show you how ridiculous all of this BS is, I am on probation. My Dad passed away this past November. I had to pay $400!!! to get a court order from my lawyer JUST TO GO THE FUNERAL AND STAY OVERNIGHT!! My PO couldn’t approve overnight travel which was ridiculous. Now, I have a widowed mother who literally lives just one county north of me and I can’t go help her without groveling to the damn PO office every time I want to go. But, I don’t have a monitor, so I can go basically whenever I want and no one would even know. But mom gets nervous when I do that, so I honor her wishes. But all these stupid rules about not leaving the county and living here and there, but not there and here is just stupid. Plus, I have 3 grandparents in their 80s in South Carolina that I can hardly see and at their age, you never know which day could be their last. And I’m trying to file a motion to get off probation early and it’s just one major hassle, and not to mention a cost of $1500 for the lawyer to file it. But I can tell you Mom, it’s not just Ron and Little Miss Precious, it’s the WHOLE SYSTEM. The prison system won’t even do furloughs anymore for inmates to go to their loved one’s funerals. I’ve seen people pass away in prison, and the way they’re treated is just beyond sickening. I bet Jews in Auschwitz were treated better than the inmates in FL prisons! This is the most ass backwards, redneck controlled state you ever wanted to see and it’s run by the same class of people as well who are just utter morons. No one has any backbone in FL politics and if the true corruption was exposed in Tallahassee with secret deals and loophole exploitation by the lawmakers, it would be amazing.
