Ron Book DUI to be prosecuted by Amira D. Fox

On Friday, Governor Ron DeSantis signed an executive order reassigning Lobbyist Ron Book’s DUI prosecution to Amira D. Fox, a prosecutor from the 20th Judicial Circuit (covering Charlotte, Collier, Hendry, Glades and Lee counties). The Broward County State attorney had asked to step down to avoid a conflict of interest, as he is personal friends with Mr. Book.

A copy of the executive order can be found here:

Amira Fox was elected State Attorney for the 20th Circuit this past year and committed to “work hard to lower the crime rate.” Let’s hope she follows through on her commitment.

Fox: “Your Honor, the State recommends the Court verbally admonish Mr. Book with a very stern look while shaking its finger.”

The Court: “Agreed. Mr. Book, DON’T DO THAT AGAIN! [while sternly shaking finger]

Apologies for the inconvenience. See you at the next fundraiser. My regards to Lauren.”

Ron Book has proven himself to be an imminent danger to the public. We need registry of all DUI violators that require them to register with the state twice each year.

As much as I LOOOOOTHE ron book, there is no need for more registries, or any registries for that matter. He should be locked up for 363 days, probation for 5 years with random testing, breath-o-lizer in his car, permanently disbarred from practicing law and license permanently revoked from lobbying. WHY you ask? Same reason he gives for his war on RSO’s. Because he knew better!!!!!
