Senator Introduces Bill to Make All Porn a Federal Crime
Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) recently introduced the Interstate Obscenity Definition Act (IODA), which would effectively criminalize all pornography nationwide by legally redefining what it means to be obscene. For years, “obscenity” has been all but a defunct legal category that narrowly defines speech that remains unprotected by the First Amendment. Lee would explode this legal category, expanding it to encompass virtually all visual representations of sex.
According to the bill text, “a picture, image, graphic image file, film, videotape, or other visual depiction” of any media that “appeals to the prurient interest in nudity, sex, or excretion” would be considered criminal. In other words, if you have an old VHS tape of some Cinemax-style smut stashed away in your garage, you could, under this law, be considered to be harboring deeply illicit materials.

The United States of America is largest producer and distributor of legal adult pornography in the world yet the United States of America has some of the stupidest sex crimes on the books. I have struggled with and have been in recovery for pornography addiction as I go to both Celebrate Recoverys Mens Sexual Addition Recovery Group and Sex Addicts Anonymous. Pornography is a moral issue and not a legal issue. There is enough addiction recovery available out there via Celebrate Recovery, Sex Addicts Anonymous, Sex-Aholics Anonymous, Mental Health Based Addiction Counseling, et-cetera.

Their usless..
Sounds like someone needs to check Mike Lee’s search history because only someone who is projecting hard would waste taxpayer dollars writing this bill.
And the web/net expands off the hook on steroids. I saw this coming when the whole so registry became part of our lives and I watched it grow into the monster it is now.
Google won’t ban the “educational purposes” vids on YouTube. Apple won’t ban their shows, many of which have scenes that are considered “soft porn”. Netflix and other streaming services won’t ban either because they are all literally active participants in Agenda 2030. The plan in place for decades is to take America so far backwards by killing the Constitution and stripping Americans of all rights.
Have you seen what’s happening in Britain with mass arrests for social media posts of grievances against the government? It’s coming to America, too. Americans should be protesting LOUDLY on behalf of Brits if we want to stop this here.
Would I be correct in assuming “violators” of the tyrannical oligarch’s rules will be forced to register as “sex offenders”? Can you imagine how effective this would be in the agenda to kill the Constitution by how they use it as an excuse to strip absolute human rights?
We the people should NEVER have let the government’s boot in the door of our homes. But it’s actually even worse than this, they are hacking the human biofield, the inner chi/energy that we are, interfaced with our body. They’re already doing it:

Sabrina presents the documents that prove this. It’s the ultimate control over every human including THOUGHTS. Imagine….fantasies will get you arrested and forced to register. Minority Report is real and it’s happening right NOW!
where do these fools come from …while I doubt it would pass it would be fantastic if it did.. can you imagine how many new rso there would be? the only way we will ever end the registry is when everyone is on it.. some Elizabethian era crap like this is exactly what would do it…
Excellent!!! Love it
Amber, porn is currently protected by the constitution under the First Ammendment.
If laws like this keep getting passed, eventually the registration list will need to expand to include virtually everyone alive. Alternatively, lawmakers could just make a reverse registry…register those who HAVEN’T committed any type of sexual crime. It would be easier to manage and maintain because it would diminish in population as quickly as the current registry is growing.
“Amber” is a troll. This person has been on here spouting off before 🙄
trolls are Fun
