It depends on the County and City in which you live.

If you live in Jacksonville, there is a city ordinance, which covers all of Duval County, I believe:

      https://library.municode.com/fl/jacksonville/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=TITXIXPUSA_CH685SEOFSEPRRE

Sec. 685.104. – Prohibited Activities for Sexual Offenders and Sexual Predators; Exceptions.

This “law” was first enacted in 2010, and has been “updated,” (read: tightening the screws), in 2015 and 2016. Since it is retroactive to the beginning of time, it is unconstitutional on its face.
