130 Months In Prison For Failing To Register!

A North Escambia man was charged with failure to register after he moved from FL to Georgia without registering. He was sentenced to 130 months in prison! That’s over 10 years for a registration violation!!! While it was his third registration violation, the underlying offense for which he has to register was in 1994, over 20 years ago! With no other sexual offense since.

Notably; his original crime took place when he was under 18 and his original sentence was 11 months and 15 days!
