Backlash Builds With Sham Sex Trafficking Sting
The following article re-post represents the sentiment of many of the people I’ve been speaking with. First, it should be clearly stated that FAC is against sexual abuse. That said; when headlines emerged last week that hundreds of individuals in Florida were arrested in a “human trafficking” sting, I envisioned something completely different.
News reports claimed that a multi-county, multi-agency operation had successfully busted hundreds of people in a “human trafficking” ring. The use of the term “human trafficking” led me to believe women, possibly even children, were enslaved and forced to perform sex acts. The operation apparently began in November and over the course of nearly 4 months, police conducted surveillance (including setting up cameras INSIDE the rooms) on massage parlors from Palm Beach County into Central Florida.
As the story unfolded, and hundreds of men, including Robert Kraft, were outed and shamed, I kept waiting for the mic drop. When was the governor going to talk about the rescued women and children who had been saved from the dungeons? It never happened. In fact, when Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg held a press conference yesterday calling human trafficking the ‘evil in our midst’, he admitted NOBODY has been charged with human trafficking.
So wait… all this publicity, who-knows-how-much money blown on months-long investigations, and the big story was a 77 year widower got a handjob at a ‘rub and tug’?
Had this “operation” really been about human trafficking, I would have hoped that police would have swooped in and rescued the victims immediately. Instead, they documented days of voyeuristic “investigation” intending to take down a couple-hundred community businessmen.
I guess now that they took away BackPages and Craigslist Personals, all those officers who spent years pretending they were 14 year old girls in order to entrap people online have to resort to other methods to get their fix.
Billionaire Robert Kraft — the owner of the New England Patriots — was charged with two counts of soliciting prostitution at a massage parlor, according to probable-cause affidavits released by Florida prosecutors.
The 77-year-old widower faces up to a year in jail if convicted of the two misdemeanor charges. Kraft will also be required pay a $5,000 fine, do 100 hours of community service, and attend a class on human trafficking.
He will be arraigned in Palm Beach County Court on April 24, ESPN reported.
Sanctimonious Media Clutch Their Pearls
According to affidavits obtained by Palm Beach Post reporter Olivia Hitchcock, Kraft paid for manual stimulation at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida on Jan. 19 and Jan. 20, 2019.
Here’s one of the affidavits (warning: explicit language):
“On Sunday, January 20th, 2019, video surveillance was conducted at the target business. At approximately 1059 hrs, Kraft entered the business through the front door, where he paid cash at the front desk to an Asian female, previously identified as [REDACTED] which was captured on JPPD Cam 5.
[REDACTED] escorted Kraft to a room identified as JPPD Cam 2. There, the two hugged each other and Kraft took off all of clothing, laid face up on the massage table and [REDACTED] hugged him again.
At approximately 1102 hrs. [REDACTED] began manipulating Kraft’s penis and testicles and then put her head down by his penis. This went on for several minutes. After a few minutes, [REDACTED] wiped Kraft in the area of his genitals with a white towel, helped him get dressed and hugged him again.
Kraft gave [REDACTED] a $100 bill plus at least one other unidentifiable bill. Kraft left the room at approximately 1113 hrs.”
“Based on the aforementioned investigation, I have probable cause to believe Robert K. Kraft did solicit, induce, entice, or procure another to commit prostitution, lewdness, or assignation, contrary to Florida Statute 796.07(5)(a)1.”

SHAME on America and Law Enforcement for WASTING time and taxpayer dollars in this BULLSH*T.
I guess this is right along the lines of online sting operations and possession of ‘inappropriate images’.
Solving real crime is becoming difficult huh? Or is there not enough REAL crime these days to justify so many Law Enforcement jobs? Which is it?
Let’s talk more about the elephant in the room. I want to know what judge signed a search warrant for officers to stage a bomb threat hoax (isn’t that a felony in itself?) to illegally install the cameras at this particular parlour? Since the warrant was illegal, the installation of the cameras illegal (under the 4th Amendment), all the arrests should be thrown out. Fruit of the poisoned tree. I hope Mr. Kraft has a lawyer who will pursue justice under these facts.
Also, this sting was not confined to this one parlour. What other illegal tactics did LE use to install cameras at the other establishments, since the Palm Beach County state attorney Dave Aronberg is claiming this was a multi-county operation?
It would be fitting if the Wong Sun (fruit of the poisonous tree case) came back to bite the police in this case …and talk about wasted resources … call the police when you come home to your house broken into and robbed … what do you think they do ?? Take fingerprints ??? Canvass the neighborhood for witnesses or video?? NOPE… they let you fill out paperwork for a report to give to your insurance carrier …
FAC
Thank you for posting this article though I saw it on line yesterday, but I agree completely with your comments.
The only silver lining I see in this is these crooked cops may finally get what they deserve. There not messing with poor and broken down people who have been stripped of there abilities to make a living for years now. These people have money and plenty of it . I hope Robert Kraft and the others show no mercy in exposing these illegal investigators tactics for what they are. Make some heads roll. There cameras were put in private rooms, like putting cameras in bathrooms. Where do they get that authority. It obviously didn’t take 4 months to find out what was going on there, What were they doing with there movies during all that time. As you said where are the 13 year old victims. If there are none why were the news releas saying there were minor as young as 13 being held against there will. Who released that information.
Robert make em pay big time.
Dear Jacob, Kikiblue, and FAC:
I am glad to have read the affidavit as published by a media outlet since you FAC removed it because you two were offended by it’s language. Frankly, I’ve been exposed to worse language in a PG film than what was communicated in the affidavit, which by the way conveyed facts we all need in order to make up our own minds as to what may (or may not) have occured. Censorship is wrong in any forum.
Anyone who wants to read it can find it at the link. It’s still there. I just don’t want to offend anyone, so it removed it from the post (leaving the link to where it can be found). Personally, I didn’t think there was offensive language in there or anything that would lead someone to criminal activity… it’s a police report!
I did not find it offensive one bit. Let’s face it, reality can be offensive if we let it and by being offended we stifle the truth getting out. Thank you FAC for letting us see the evil that is going on all around us. If the truth is going to offend someone, that someone is going to have a tough time getting through life.
This is the best policy. Include the link, but precede it with a warning.
Whether it offends me or not (and in this case, it does not) does not matter. What matters is that potentially offensive language makes it more difficult to share with others in the community who may be less aware. And you DO want me sharing FAC postings, right?
” Include the link, but precede it with a warning. ”
That is always how I see it done even with video content. In movies / tv programs from big studios, TV commercials, Youtube / internet videos, etc. etc.
As you pointed out, the police watched as a “crime” was committed to completion. Wouldn’t it be nice if these women sued the police department for failing to protect them from these men? Or did the police promise the women that they wouldn’t be prosecuted as long as they completed the sex act? In either case, it would seem to me that police were not acting legally. What a fine waste of taxpayer money.
Police are immune from failing to investigate or perform their police duties … sovereign immunity … it’s a bad system we have but the state is now the king and basically you couldn’t sue the king and do it continues
I bet you a million dollars there’s federal grant money tied to this sting to fatten the wallets of the pervert voyeurs in the Jupiter PD and other agencies that were involved. This state is teeming with slimeball corruption.
