FAC Letter to Prosecutors of Charles Rodrick, Brent Oesterblad and Sarah Shea
For those who don’t know, Charles Rodrick, Brent Oesterblad and Sarah Shea, the individuals behind a network of websites who, for years, extorted persons required to register, have been indicted in Arizona and are facing a number of criminal charges.
So many of us have been victimized by these criminals. As is the case with most of these scammers, because our population makes for unsympathetic victims, law enforcement has turned a blind eye to our victimization. Until now!
We can only hope that those who terrorized us will be fed their just deserts! In support of that, FAC has sent the following letter to the prosecutor.
Rodrick – Letter to AZ AG – 04092021

I used to be a registrant. I was released from the registry in January 2003. My wife and I are so very grateful that this is happening, as we were two of the original 12 plaintiffs in the federal case headed by Attorney Janice Bellucci. To those wondering how this happened, rest assured that it was brought about by the FBI and handled diligently, with great care, amassing a cascade of evidence, and that everything will be handled with the same great care that it was investigated. The FBI Special Agent in charge of the investigation has had our backs from day one, and she genuinely cares that all those who Rodrick has harassed will see justice. I mean that. We all owe a great debt of gratitude to David Ellis for bringing this to the attention of the FBI, and yes, he is former military and now a civilian with no sex offense history…however, I am supremely confident after all of our talks with the FBI that we are being properly represented. Rodrick will be arraigned this Wednesday 4/12/21 after a long wait, and we’ll see justice eventually for he and his cohorts. We’re all wanting this to be over. Thanks everyone for fighting with us.
Good Job !! Great Letter !!!
These people, scum, should be heavily fined and their vitums compensated
Kudos for an excellent letter, Gail.
After reading the indictment it is obvious the AG could care less about the fraud against registrants. He references the websites, so he knows what they have been up to. The AG is obviously only prosecuting this case because they targeted a non-registrant with their harassment.
