FAC Letter to Prosecutors of Charles Rodrick, Brent Oesterblad and Sarah Shea

For those who don’t know, Charles Rodrick, Brent Oesterblad and Sarah Shea, the individuals behind a network of websites who, for years, extorted persons required to register, have been indicted in Arizona and are facing a number of criminal charges.

So many of us have been victimized by these criminals. As is the case with most of these scammers, because our population makes for unsympathetic victims, law enforcement has turned a blind eye to our victimization. Until now!

We can only hope that those who terrorized us will be fed their just deserts! In support of that, FAC has sent the following letter to the prosecutor.

Rodrick – Letter to AZ AG – 04092021

    Good thinking FAC.

The harassment involved a single victim but the fraud alludes to more than one victim.

We need to document ALL victims and send complaints to the prosecutor so they can add counts. This could up ripoff roderick’s sentence. And of course, we need each victim to fill out an impact statement explaining in detail how this scheme has affected their life (family members are victims too and should fill out victim impact statements as well).

A protest at the Maricopa courthouse would put pressure on the prosecutor as well. Is anyone in AZ up to the task?

It would be nice to get a federal indictment for his violations of federal law.

Time for Charlie to pay the bill.

I have also experienced harassment at the hands of the Offendex folks. They published inflammatory and erroneous info about me in local forums. I lived in a largely black area of Cincinnati at the time, so they posed as blacks and made statements that made others believe I was an imminent threat, and the typical responses like “kill him” or “castrate him” were posted. One female employee at a grocery store I worked at posted that I shop there, presumably in hopes that I’d get jumped, but it didn’t happen. I was also featured on BarComplaint.com and listed as an associate of Major Ellis, a person I’ve never spoken to in my life, much less met.

Derek – we ENCOURAGE you and others to send similar victim impact letters to the Prosecutor and even to the judge. The indictment names one victim. There are TENS OF THOUSANDS, if not HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of victims and the Court should know!

I think we all know what is really going on here. The prosecutors are going after Rodrick because he started going after non registrants. As we know, prosecutor scum have no interest whatsoever in enforcing the law when a PFR is victim. Was it the attorney? the reporter? who pulled whose strings to make this happen? that is what I’m interested in.

I agree. Even back during the civil suit, it was only the non-registrants that won compensation. The registrants won nothing.

One of the plaintiffs who is a registered person even told me a juror told him they just could not give any money to a ” sex offender” but wished him the “best of luck.” I would have cussed that juror out if he said that to me.

I also believe if Rodrick had stuck to Registered Persons and not gone after judges or military guys, he would still be running his extortion scheme today.

Thanks to whomever responded to my comment this morning but I am still in the dark. Do I have to register in every state whose line I cross if I go on a trip even if I’m just passing through that state?

You do not, unless you are required to register by Statute (of that state and/or by virtue of establishing a temporary, permanent or transient residence under Florida Law).
