FAC Letter to Prosecutors of Charles Rodrick, Brent Oesterblad and Sarah Shea

For those who don’t know, Charles Rodrick, Brent Oesterblad and Sarah Shea, the individuals behind a network of websites who, for years, extorted persons required to register, have been indicted in Arizona and are facing a number of criminal charges.

So many of us have been victimized by these criminals. As is the case with most of these scammers, because our population makes for unsympathetic victims, law enforcement has turned a blind eye to our victimization. Until now!

We can only hope that those who terrorized us will be fed their just deserts! In support of that, FAC has sent the following letter to the prosecutor.

Rodrick – Letter to AZ AG – 04092021

A very well written letter. How nice would it be if the system required them to pay some enormous restitution to the individuals named, organizations that support those named, and.. the BIG and.. this gets the public attention it deserves. Just commenting.

Where can we find the indictment?

This is off topic and I hope that’s ok. I just did my quarterly registration and noticed a new line item on my paperwork to wit: “If I fail to register after crossing state lines I may be in violation of federal law as well as state statutes.” It strikes me as ambiguous and I really don’t understand it. Does this mean if I go to Pennsylvania to visit family I must register in every state between here and there? Both going and returning?? I am in Alachua County. Have people from other counties noticed this? Can anyone clarify or explain the intent of this thing??

      Dear Darryl O,

They may be referring to the federal registration requirements under 18 USC 2250.

Exactly- cross state lines & u MAY hafta register, but only if you establish residence as defined by law. But this language does not look new.

Thanks Florida Action Committee for your fine letter to the Arizona AG! As you know, Janice Bellucci of ACSOL has history with Charles Rodrick from several years back. This guy, and his cohorts are really slimy scum. I hope that this time they are put away long enough that they will not ever have the opportunity to hurt and harass anyone again.
