ACLU Amendment 4 Lawsuit Needs to Go Farther

The American Civil Liberties Union of Florida, along with the NAACP and the League of Women Voters, are expected to file a federal lawsuit in Gainesville that will challenge a new law Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed that would restrict the voting rights of former felons, in contravention of Amendment 4, which was supposed to restore voting rights to some felons.

It’s admirable that these organizations are filing suit on behalf of some former felons, but why not ALL former felons. This could potentially be an opportunity to include our population, but they forgot. Might want to remind them if you get a chance.

Gubna DeSatanist will fight this all the way to the Supreme Court. Let’s not forget HIS WORDS at the last debate with Andrew Gillum back on October 24, 2018:

“Say you’re convicted of child molestation …. ”
“… that means that child molester, convicted, gets released back on the streets, after serving the sentence, and guess what? That child molester will re-offend, and someone’s son or daughter, in Florida, will end up paying the price.”

This diatribe starts at 34:19 into this video:

Those few words speak volumes as to what DeSatanist believes,
“Sex Offenders” should never be released, and all “Sex Offenders” will re-offend. So why should we expect any consideration or concessions from him?

And no, the ACLU, LWV, and NAACP didn’t “forget.” They just don’t give a fu¢k about registered citizens getting the right to vote.

Respectfully, the ACLU filed a lawsuit challenging the “$hit under the bridge” that you refer to. They have fought it to the 11th circuit, back and now back to the 11th.

Nobody cares in office that a person made a mistake or unwise choice. If they ever gave me my voting back The first time they mention anything that has to do with sex I vote their butts out!

They didn’t forget about us. They don’t care about us. We have to take care of ourselves. Period. Thanks to FAC, we can do it!
