ACLU Files Notice of Supplemental Authority in Miami-Dade SORR Case

The ACLU, today, filed a Notice of Supplemental Authority in our Miami-Dade Sex Offender Residency Restriction Challenge.

The notice to the Court informs them of the recently decided 6th Circuit Case in which elements of the Michigan registry were declared to be punishment and unconstitutional if enforced.

      lol Ny…..I was reading it at like 3 in the morning and was too tired to post….my thoughts were of a row of dominoes getting ready to fall. This here is the first domino going down 😀
