CA: ACSOL: Lawsuit Challenges Female Offender Risk‑Assessment Tool
A lawsuit filed in Sacramento contests the validity of a risk‑assessment tool specifically used to evaluate female sex offenders. The plaintiff, the Alliance for Constitutional Sex Offense Laws (ACSOL), argues the tool has not been properly validated for use with female offenders, leads to unjust restrictions on low-risk women, such as excessive supervision or parole limitations and in some cases, results in homelessness, because affected women are unable to meet the tool’s requirements and become subjected to residency restrictions.
The complaint also asserts that because recidivism rates among female sex offenders are so low, it’s statistically impossible to measure their risk accurately, and the tool’s use amounts to wrongful application.

I call bs, im sorry but as a man in florida. We all have seen time and time again where women get treated by society,the media and the government and courts 1000x better than a man. She can have dozens of victims and its a high five scenarios and she can still live a good life, get married, allowed to be a parent and so much more. These sex stings only target men and never women even though they commit crimes also. The recidivism rates for actual new sex offense crimes is low for both male and female. I want 100% equality across the board, no more pick the good stuff and reject the bad stuff when it comes to equality. Im sick and tired of it, im sick and tired of all this garbage
