CATO Institute and ACLU file Amicus Brief in Packingham

A couple of days ago we reported on EFF filing an Amicus Brief in a Supreme Court of the United States case that impacts registered individual’s First Amendment rights and could have a significant impact on our population.

For those who didn’t read the article; for an update on what this is all about, read this.

For those who have; the CATO Institute, along with the ACLU have also filed an Amicus Brief in this case, which can be read here.
