Clay County park is the site of sex offender sting.

A Clay County park is the site of one of law enforcement’s latest sex offender stings and you won’t believe who is getting caught up… law enforcement.

This News4Jax story states, “Clay County Sheriff’s Office nets 11 arrests with Operation Safe Parks”, but what’s VERY INTERESTING is that 4 of the 11 arrested (over one-third of the people) worked in law enforcement!

“Wallace is a civilian employee for the Clay County Sheriff’s Office. Cunningham is a civilian employee for the Green Cove Springs Police Department. Kennedy is a retired corrections officer, and Reardon is a Department of Children and Families employee. Dendy is a Navy sailor stationed at Naval Air Station Jacksonville.”

How many were registered sex offenders? ZERO

Well it’s not surprising since some of them probably have jobs sorting through all kinds of child porn and other perverted images to use for their scam sting operations to set innocent people up. This is what happens. But yet, registered citizens are the real “perverts.” Riiiiight.

Granted the sample size is small, but according to this article; individuals engaging in public sex in parks are far more likely to be law enforcement than sex offenders. An interesting point this article brings to light! HMMM!!!

So, what is that first comment by “J” supposed to mean?? Is he mad because almost half of the people caught were in law enforcement?
