Come On!!! Attorney for killer of Mattieo Condoluci claims he didn’t originally intend to murder.
The Attorney for James Fairbanks, who shot Mattieo Condoluci to death a couple of weeks ago, is claiming he “didn’t intend to kill him”. REALLY?!?! So he just found him on the registry, showed up at his door with a gun, shot him inside his home and then sent an email to the news station describing his motivation for murdering Condoluci?
Thankfully the Douglas County attorney and the Judge presiding over the murder case didn’t buy that either and continue to hold Fairbanks in jail without bond. The most disturbing part of the news story below is that they report Fairbanks continues to get public recognition for murdering someone. That’s sick.

I read somewhere that Senator Lindsey Graham sponsored a bill that would limit free speech online regarding porn. It’s not just Liberals going after speech; but conservatives also. Both parties are the same: abusing power; corruption at every level; Constitution is meaningless because they are the law of the land; government expanding at rapid levels and the citizens are useless until election time. So much for government of the people, for the people!! This November is going to be tough; which clown to vote for Biden or Trump.
I just saw something on FB and I wanted to share it here.
I follow conservative speaker Candace Owens, and she started a GoFundMe for the business owner of Parkside Cafe in Alabama because the owner was in agreement with a video that Candace posted showing that George Floyd was not an “innocent” man. She did NOT dismiss that what happened to him was disgraceful. She just pointed out that the riots are happening over a man who held a gun to a pregnant woman’s belly and asked “How do you think that woman feels to see her attacker immortalized?”
So this business owner in Alabama agreed with her and one of his waitstaff who happens to be far left liberal, found out about his agreement with Owens and started telling everyone and now his business is being boycotted and threatened to be attacked.
Candace started a GoFundMe to help him since he was just able to re-open amidst the COVID issue which hurt his business badly. And here’s the part where I think this belongs to be seen here and should entice all of us to ‘attack’ GoFundMe with constant emails…

Are you friggin’ kidding me???? They deemed it to be “supportive of hate” and “violence” and “bullying”…. OMFG!!!! To simply help a business owner who agreed that the man shouldn’t be made a martyr and hero with a past like he had???!!! But then…. why do they allow a GoFundMe for the man who killed the registrant? Isn’t that ALSO “supportive of hate”?

This is truly insane! The liberals are literally CONTROLLING freedom of expression and freedom of speech. I am not a conservative either. I am Independent, but never again will I ever side with the left. Please, anyone who can access FB, go look at the post on her page of the GoFundMe letter and let’s ALL ‘blow up’ the email box of GoFundMe and DEMAND FROM THEM an APOLOGY and EXPLANATION of how the money raised for the MURDER of a registrant is not “supportive of hate” Their reasoning for cancelling her attempted charity WREAKS of liberal politics!

If a business owner is smearing a murder victim, I can understand if some customers are turned off. Neither George Floyd nor Mattieo Condoluci deserved to be murdered. In the case of George Floyd, it’s far from the first police-involved killing, and I don’t blame people for being fed up with their police force. I don’t know what Candace Owens’ charity was doing that would have been supportive of hate, intolerance, violence, or bullying, but it wouldn’t surprise me. I hope James Fairbanks charities, which clearly support violence, get the same treatment.
Ok, it seems we have a Candace Owens hater here who didn’t bother to understand what he was reading. So let me reiterate; Candace Owens NEVER CONDONED THE MURDER OF GEORGE FLOYD. Got it? Good. What she did was say that SHE will not take part in HONORING a man who was not ONLY a PAST criminal, but also a CURRENT CRIMINAL passing counterfeit money and being high on illegal narcotics as the autopsy proved. This was NOT a man “changing his life around” as the fake news media is trying to play on.
See how rumors start by not paying attention to what is written in plain English? I said the business owner simply AGREED WITH HER, nowhere does it say he was slandering Floyd’s name.

The man held a gun to a pregnant woman and robbed her house!! Does he deserve to be made a “hero”? Do you think the woman whose belly he held the gun to is mourning her assailant’s loss?

I’m willing to honor virtually any human life taken by law enforcement for no reason. That’s an area where a lot of people disagree with Parkside Cafe and Candace Owens.
Well, I’m NOT willing to “HONOR” a man who was IN THE COMMISSION OF COMMITTING A CRIME” when this happened to him. I AM willing to honor a man who WAS changing his life around for the better, JUST. LIKE. CANDACE. OWENS. SAID.
If you bothered to listen to her video (oh heaven forbid that a liberal would ever LISTEN to a conservative speaker so that the liberal can get their facts straight) you’d have seen that she was pretty much “a-ok” with his previous drug offenses. She was NOT ok with him holding a pregnant woman at gunpoint and then, after a 5 yr prison stint for that, comes back into the community STILL. COMMITTING. CRIMES.
Not sure what planet you live on but here on earth it’s a CRIME to have and use COUNTERFEIT money (which is the reason the cops were called on him in the first place) and to be using illegal amphetamines (which the autopsy showed was in his system).
Had this been a situation where he was WRONGFULLY accused of the fake money, I would say “Honor him in his death”, but all I can say is the same that Candace did which is that he should NOT have died at the hands of police while in handcuffs and my condolences go to his family. But he is NOT A HERO! Got it?
We get condemned forever no matter how many years ago our offenses were and for us, our lengthy time with no more offenses should be in our favor. But no, we get forever scarred with a SEX OFFENSE for even the most ridiculous shit like teenage sexting or getting caught skinny dipping. And NO ONE WOULD EVER HONOR US if we died at the hands of EGO DRIVEN cops!

So… if liberal owned sites such as GoFundMe can claim that saying “George Floyd was NOT a hero” can be construed as “hate speech” or the promotion of hate, violence and bullying, then SURELY the BLATANT HATEFUL GoFundMe page for the registrant’s KILLER can also be TAKEN DOWN for the SAME ACCUSATIONS. But I bet you’re more concerned with thinking Candace Owens is a traitor to her race by not being Democrat to be bothered emailing GoFundMe to confront them on their backwards idea of what the “promotion of hate” is.

I read the headline again: lawyer, many cases an empty suit, states his clients original intent wasn’t murder. What was his original intent to get away with murder? That’s right citizens of Omaha; Nebraska; the United States; around the world; and even life in places undiscovered my client protected us from the evil person known as the boogeyman!! Growing up I thought boogeyman was fictional. As an adult I know boogeymen are politicians!!
I applaud attorney Lefler for his zealous advocacy on behalf of an unsympathetic client. We should all have such attorneys, if the need arises.
