D.C. Vigil at the U.S. Supreme Court Steps

Two Florida Action Committee board members joined Janice Bellucci and others at the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday, March 15, 2024, to educate the public on the significant harms that have resulted from Smith V. Doe in 2003.  Justice Kennedy got it wrong when he stated that the recidivism rate for registered persons was frightening and high, being as high as 80%.

We greatly appreciate the efforts of all those who attended the vigil.  There will be another vigil in D.C. next year, and we are hoping that more people can attend.
