    One sheriff
And a vendetta against one person. Quite disconcerting this person has that much sway.

lol. The fact that they may reoffend or are harder to track is what law enforcement wants. That means absolutely nothing to law enforcement or lawmakers.

That’s a “playground” that they “missed” over the pool? It looks like someone quickly went and put a slide, some sand, and a cheap Home Depot garden border around it real quick and called it a park to get that individual locked up for violating the “non-punitive” proximity law…..

That Tales From the Darkside “pocket park” is the same tactic used in Miami-Dade County years ago to keep those forced out of the Julia Tuttle Causeway Camp from moving into the neighborhood.

It is too bad they cut off the full sentence, because after I mentioned how many ways one can land on the registry, I mentioned how some people assume that everyone on the registry is seen as the same, as a person doomed to attack children, which is not reality.

But when accepting interviews, I can’t control what 20 second soundbite they choose to use out of a 40 minute video.

I did like that they kept in my statement about how much I hate the state of FloriDUH, though. LOL

Well I am just glad we finally got to see the World famous Derek Logue.
You are braver than most to go on TV or even do an interview with anyone who is not on our side.
Keep being brave brother and standing up for us.

Derek, since you’ve been willing to let your face be the voice for others, has FAC/you considered the possibility of providing regular video commentary on the registry and any new laws that are proposed, or passed? Who knows, it may get picked up by the local FL stations once they know they have a reliable source for the opposing view.

If there were some free AI tools that could be used, I would even host a channel to bring truth to the issue, minus my identity, voice and face.

Oh yeah we’re all grateful for the clarity 🙄…. so this all came about because of one sheriff’s vendetta against one offender. This world never ceases to amaze me. And that should scare the bejesus out of everybody no matter which side of this you land on.
