Enough is enough: School district warns parents about registrant’s own children’s party.

Last week we reported about a person required to register for working as a santa. While there was nothing illegal about what he was doing, the fact that he failed to report it as “employment” earned him a registration violation charge and a whole lot of unnecessary exposure.

The man’s offense was 25 years ago. He has gone on to marry and have children who are enrolled in the Orange County Public School system. The day after his children handed out invitations to their classmates for their own party, the School took it upon itself to call all parents broadcasting a message warning them about the children’s party.

At what point does the punishment end? is 25 years enough? And at what point does this cross the line into punishing his innocent children?

not a shock..Michigan goes as far as to send state troopers in black to peak and stalk in children’s bathrooms and bedrooms while they are changing, bathing, and using the toilet…

serves as no purpose but to create a third class citizen..the purpose of the 3rd class citizen is to make everyone else happy to be 2nd class citizens because it is better then 3rd class…welcome on the road to socialism..

Its not just a “registration violation” it entails probably 2 years house probation with (Full fledged DOC probation with conviction) with a monitor and a loss of a-lot of money he doesn’t have if he’s working as a Santa. Odd crap is probably all he can do. Instead of doing the right thing thing these days and being a community and calling he or his wife and saying they feel like they need to take action if they have the party they now deem the kids as bad as the dad in the kids eyes. People have lost all sense of being human these days its like Jack Johnsons song “good people”. This is the work of a narcissist!

Also last i heard if you arent under any restrictions you can have anyone in your home. How is this not harassment of the children? The school only has a mandate to keep the dad off the property correct?

This is not a school event its not on school property nor on school time: how does a board of education now become a public notification or law enforcement organization when they have nothing at all to do with the circumstance? Community notification comes from an fdle mandate to law enforcement.
