ENOUGH!!! Suspect said he killed Brevard County man ‘because he was a sex offender’. Had list of others to target.
This isn’t just another headline. This is a warning.
According to a newly released affidavit, a Brevard County, FL man is accused of killing another man—specifically because he was on the sex offender registry.
The victim, had been reported missing. What police later uncovered was something out of a nightmare: dismembered human remains stuffed into suitcases and dumped in a remote area. But the most disturbing part isn’t just the brutality, it’s the motive.
Investigators say the suspect allegedly identified the victim as a registered sex offender and decided to act.
This is where we need to stop pretending this registry is harmless or not punishment! That’s Bullshit! This is exactly what happens when you take a massive, public, one-size-fits-all registry and turn human beings into permanent targets. This is not “informing the public.” This is creating a hit list. A list with our names, pictures, addresses where our own wives and children live, that angry, unstable, self-righteous vigilantes can use as a roadmap. How many more have to be killed before you realize this?
If you are reading this, sitting around quietly and hoping you’re not next isn’t a strategy.
Start speaking out loudly about the real dangers of public registries. Push for elimination of this useless system that paint targets on people’s backs. Demand that policymakers acknowledge the unintended consequences of what they’ve built, and refuse to be treated as disposable! Because if this can happen to one person on the registry, it can happen to you!
Our work isn’t about defending crime. This is about defending human beings who have already served their sentences and their families from becoming acceptable collateral damage.
WAKE UP PEOPLE AND DO SOMETHING!!! I expect to see our comments FULL of reports that people have contacted their legislators and local news outlets.

Do we know if anyone is compiling a state-by-state list of all the violence, murders/attempted murders caused by this unlawful law?
I have read about SO many assaults this “safety” measure has incited over the last 30 years, but when I go to search for them again, I can’t find them.
Wouldn’t such an extensive list, shown to the courts, establish that this “regulatory public safety law” is doing the opposite of the stated intent?
PRF and their families ARE also members of the public who the operation of this law MUST equally protect!
When forced to face the truth, with the factual compiled list of crimes the law continues to incite, wouldn’t continued enforcement of such a law actually establish an intent to harm the public?
Especially when the government cannot produce proof of one single person who has been kept safe or benefited in any way under this barbaric injustice perpetrated on the American people.
Or establish that the people it is sacrificing, factually pose any danger to the others.
All this harm based on an irrebuttable presumption made up out of thin air! LIES =libel=slander
Remember the days when a person couldn’t be punished until they committed an actual crime?
They have used this act to convert fundamental rights into crimes, convicting members of the public of a “new crime” for their old crime!
Remember the days when what your eyes see wasn’t a criminal act?
Remember America?
It is apparent that the pirates of the sea have captured and now control it!
These acts were never allowed to exist in America!

Someone explaining what happened.
Interesting watch.
Someone should report that to YouTube as a violation of the terms of agreement. Could also be clear evidence of a crime.
Who else was on that list? That’s a good question right?
Exactly. It would/will be interesting to see. I’d like to know if there was any connection between the two men prior as well as anyone else on that list.
Ngl, we can actually make a push this year
Is it against the law for a government to create a label for a certain group of members of the public, to lie about this group in a way that has proven to incite violence and death to this group and those close to them?
Yes, it is fundamentally against international law for a government to engage in state-sponsored campaigns that use labels and lies to incite violence against a group. Welcome to the United Nations

When a government creates a specific “label” for a group and spreads lies about them that lead to violence or death, it crosses the line from political speech into incitement, which is a serious violation of global human rights standards.
1. Violations of International Law
Governments are bound by several international treaties that specifically prohibit this behavior:
ICCPR (Article 20): The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights requires all states to prohibit “any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence”.
Genocide Convention: Direct and public incitement to commit genocide—which often begins with “othering” and dehumanizing labels—is a crime under international law, even if no genocide actually occurs.
Rome Statute: The International Criminal Court (ICC) can prosecute leaders for Crimes Against Humanity if they oversee a widespread or systematic attack against a civilian population, including through state-sponsored persecution and incitement. UNHCR – The UN Refugee Agency

2. The “Labels and Lies” Strategy (Disinformation)
Modern international standards, such as the UN’s Rabat Plan of Action, look at six factors to determine if a government’s “labeling and lying” has become illegal incitement: International IDEA
Context: Is there a history of violence or a tense political climate?
Speaker: Does the speaker have a high-level government position or authority?
Intent: Was the “label” created specifically to cause harm?
Content: Is the speech dehumanizing or advocating for violence?
Extent: How far-reaching was the campaign (e.g., state media)?
Likelihood: Is it actually leading to violence and death?
3. Domestic Law (United States)
In the U.S., the government is generally prohibited by the First Amendment from restricting private speech, but the government itself is not above the law if its actions lead to harm:
Incitement: If a government official’s speech is intended to and likely to produce “imminent lawless action,” it is not protected.
Equal Protection: The 14th Amendment prohibits the government from targeting specific groups for “unequal” treatment, which includes state-sanctioned harassment or campaigns that put their lives at risk.
Civil Rights Violations: Under 18 U.S.C. § 241 and 242, it is a federal crime for anyone acting “under color of law” (a government official) to conspire to deprive a person of their constitutional rights, including the right to life.
Summary
While a government has the power to speak, it does not have the legal right to dehumanize and incite its own citizens.
When labels and lies result in proven violence and death, these actions can be prosecuted as war crimes, crimes against humanity, or civil rights violations, depending on the jurisdiction. Welcome to the United Nations

Are you looking for information on how victims or advocacy groups can hold a government accountable through international bodies like the UN?

Be careful when posting a query to AI. The way you phrase your question will determine the response. If you ask ChatGPT if it is legal for the government “to lie about this group in a way that has proven to incite violence and death to this group and those close to them”, you will get a response based on the premise that the government is intentionally lying. The government will claim that it is not lying, the government will claim the registry is effective at improving public safety, etc. To challenge the statements as factual or lies, would require a Court’s finding, as would the effectiveness of the registry. So far, we don’t have very favorable court decisions.
The suggestion (a petition to the UN) has already been implemented by FAC years ago. If you want to support that, sign the petition (find the link on the right hand side of our site).

PLEASE, do not yell at me for this, but what has the U.N ever done for us? Not saying they owe us a damn thing, but their powers are very limited to do anything, anywhere. Occasionally they will send peace soldiers to some conflict, but even doing that, they are mostly observers and not involved in the fighting but more a deterrent, which most of the time doesn’t make much of an impact.
No I am not a negative Nancy, just from what I know, I have seen them sometimes go to Haiti but the last time they tried it was so bad, they gave up and left.

Limited powers
From the U.N page
The United Nations can have significant global power; however, its authority is limited by member states. Although the UN can make resolutions, it is for member states to implement them. If they choose not to, the United Nation’s power is curtailed.
The United Nations only has power within the areas of its mandate
The UN can only use its power when directed to by member states
The UN has no capacity to enforce its decisions, member states must take action on its behalf
God bless his family.🙏💔
