Error in email address on yesterday's Weekly Update

Members have pointed out that there was a typo in yesterday’s weekly update.

      BeeH – you should be on our mailing list and receive a weekly update by email. if you are not getting them, please contact [email protected] to ensure you are on the distribution list with a current email.

      The lawsuit is a State Ex-Post-Facto challenge. Essentially, we’ve been challenging certain requirements of the registry, but the underlying requirement to register has not been challenged. Those whose offense dates (and plea) that occurred prior to 1997 did not contemplate having the register when they committed their offense or plead guilty – that component was unforeseeable because it didn’t exist!
