Note that Seminole County, where this event takes place, has an ordinance (228.2) that disallows the presence of registered sex offenders whose “victims” were less than 16 yo. Offenders may not be present within 1000 ft of schools, daycares, etc. See Chapter 228, Section 2 of the ordinance here: https://library.municode.com/fl/seminole_county/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=CH228SEOFSEPR_S228.2RECEACSEOFSEPR
Since the facilitators of the event, including Jill Levenson, are licensed social workers, exclusion (b) in the ordinance may allow attendance without any problems from law enforcement.
